> Returns Policy

Please note that we only accept returned goods, other than faulty items, if they are received by ourselves in a pristine condition that would enable them to be re-sold. These must also be returned in the original packaging along with the sales invoice within 14 days of purchase. Returns may be subject to a restocking charge of up to 25%.

Other Refunds are only available on faulty or damaged goods. If your order from us arrives damaged or faulty, please advise us immediately within 7 days of receipt.

After inspection of the faulty item we will arrange for a full refund.
